Always reachable, by call or text — a necessary trait of your go to handyman when managing STRs from afar. He did a great job squeezing in our installation despite the short notice so that we could get up and going for the tail end of the holiday season. Ryan was referred to me by another subcontactor to assist me with some urgent punch-list items near the end of our renovation.
